Stainless steel ice bucket with tongs and a perforated drip tray. Made with 18/8 stainless steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion and will remain bright for years. Made in Japan since 1955. (
This thoughtfully designed ice bucket is an ideal haven for ice when preparing drinks for parties. The matching tongs and perforated drip tray turn the simple act of retrieving ice into a pleasant ritual. As ice melts slightly, the run-off water will collect in the bottom of the bucket, under the perforated tray, so that cubes are not sitting in water. The compact size of the ice bucket will display well on your bar cart or neatly and discreetly tucks away on your kitchen counter or cabinets. The bucket can also be used to chill a bottle of white wine or champagne.
The stainless steel ice bucket was created by Aoyoshi, an award-winning manufacturer of household goods since 1955. The business is headquartered in Tsubame, Japan, a city known for stainless steel and metal works. The Philadelphia Museum of Art has added several of Aoyoshi’s spoons to their collection, and the firm has also received the prestigious Good Design Award of Japan. Aoyoshi selected 18/8 stainless steel for the ice bucket because the material is extremely corrosion resistant, meaning that the container and tongs will glisten for years to come.
The ice bucket, removable drip tray and tongs are all dishwasher safe.
